The compact opal glass body has a softly rounded, slightly asymmetric form, with an abstract metallic composition spreading across the white surface.

The decoration was created using a Murano glassmaking technique involving metal within the glass. Smoky grey and reflective metallic areas form irregular shapes, small rings and scattered droplets, giving the vase a distinctly graphic character.

Björn Weckström is known as a jeweler, sculptor and designer.
