Large tall antique engraved glass vase, likely dating from the second half of the 19th century.
The vase is made from substantial pale green glass and stands almost 30 cm high. Its tall cylindrical fully decorative body is raised on a stem and round foot, giving the piece an elegant profile.
The glass has an unusual blue green tone, especially visible along the rim, foot and thicker parts of the body.
Engraved Floral Decoration
The surface is decorated with finely engraved flowers, leaves and long curving stems. The repeating cornflower motif continues around the body, with a narrow botanical border near the upper section.
