Iittala 2 Tuulikki vases - candle holders | Valto Kokko

Pair of Iittala Tuulikki glass vases and candle holders, designed by Valto Kokko and made in Finland in 1980.

The two pieces are formed from substantial clear glass with a deeply textured organic pattern. Fine lines run across the surface in changing directions, resembling wind or frost captured in glass. 

Both pieces can be used as small vases or candle holders. Their heavy glass construction and pronounced surface pattern also give them a strong decorative presence without anything placed inside.
