Elegant Finnish glass vase by Iittala, dating from around the 1980s or 1990s. The design is likely connected with Valto Kokko.
The vase has a rounded lower body, a tall straight neck and a softly shaped rim. Subtle optical facets are worked into the clear glass, creating shifting reflections and distortions as the vase is viewed from different angles.

The combination of clear glass, optical effects and simple geometry is characteristic of Finnish glass design of the period. The original Iittala Made in Finland label remains attached.
