Clear glass Janus vase designed by Henrik Koivula for Humppilan Lasi in 1982. The tall rectangular form is structured by deep vertical sections and angular projections that change direction around the body.
The heavy clear glass and strong architectural construction give Janus a modernist character. The alternating angular forms also make the name especially fitting, recalling the changing faces associated with Janus.
