Full set of 6 vintage glass dessert bowls from the Ultra series, designed by Pertti Kallioinen for Riihimäen Lasi in Finland. The series belongs to the bold decorative glass of the 1970s, where heavy texture, strong relief and light effects became part of everyday tableware.

Each bowl has a sculptural form that looks almost like an icy whirl captured in glass. The raised surface pattern moves around the bowl in sweeping lines, giving the pieces a lively, frozen movement.

Design and Character
The Ultra bowls are visually strong but still practical. They work beautifully for desserts, fruit, berries, small servings or as decorative glass bowls on an open shelf or table.
