Large vintage pewter pendant from Finland, dating to the 1970s. Its circular form is built from an irregular network of flowing metal, with open spaces and raised nodes creating a distinctly sculptural surface.
The organic structure has 1970s Space Age jewellery character. Light passes through the openwork form, emphasising the uneven contours and silver surface. The generous size and long chain give the pendant a strong presence when worn.
