Set of four vintage Iittala Paadar dessert bowls designed by Tapio Wirkkala, made in Finland between 1970 and 1976.

The bowls are made from clear textured glass with a strong ice like surface. The relief pattern catches the light from every angle: small bubbles, vertical ridges and rough frozen details create the feeling of melting Lapland ice. The glass looks especially impressive when placed near light, where the texture becomes brighter and more sculptural.
