Vintage Löytö (Finnish for Discovery) series vase, standing approximately 15.5 cm tall, comes in a soft lilac hue and is part of a series originally designed in the 1950s, which included a dozen distinct items.

While these series are often associated with Tapio Wirkkala’s name, some accounts suggest that most of the actual design work may have been carried out by Erkki Vesanto and Saara Sappinen, based on ideas attributed to Wirkkala.
