Object
Set of 4 vintage coloured drinking glasses produced by Riihimäen Lasi in Finland during the 1950s.
A cheerful and unusually vivid set in cobalt blue, ruby red, pale green, and smoky violet tones. The shape is simple and slightly widening toward the rim, allowing the colour itself to become the central element. Together they create the kind of bright table setting often associated with postwar Nordic interiors, where practical everyday objects were still made with a strong sense of atmosphere and playfulness.
The glass has a satisfying weight in the hand.

Design
Clean conical silhouette with a softly widening form and thick weighted base.
The glasses balance utility and colour remarkably well. Their proportions feel comfortable for daily use while the strong transparent tones give the set a distinctly graphic presence.
Each colour interacts differently with light, creating subtle reflections and layered shadows on the table surface.
