Brand: Iittala

The most famous Finnish glass factory Iittala.

Two of top Nordic designers for art glass and utility items - Tapio Wirkkala and Timo Sarpaneva - worked there. They repeatedly won the Milan Triennale, the highest award for European designers in the 1950s-1970s. They were known as leaders in modernist and organic design. 

The other Iittala designers were top-tier professionals of the modernist style.
