Vintage bronze pendant Helsinki series by Finnish jewelry company Kalevala Koru.

Description

The pendant features an openwork circular design with intertwining motifs, suspended on an anchor chain with a spring ring clasp.

The Helsinki pendant is based on a 19th-century golden brooch, originally gifted by philanthropist Aurora Karamzin to the governess of Träskända Manor. Through inheritance, the piece later entered the collections of the Helsinki City Museum. Kalevala Koru introduced the Helsinki pendant to its collection in 1980.
